Cottage Three

Big and sunny

Freshly renovated in 2019, Cottage Three is one of the bigger Aurantola cottages and it is located on the sunny lake side of the area. Especially the evening sun in the yard is very enjoyable.

Indoors the cottage has retained its traditionally Finnish feel, despite new coats of paint. The sun fills the living room with warm light, cosy armchairs and an old fireplace – all perfect for family evenings year-round. The main sleeping areas are located upstairs, accessible by steep loft stairs, but there is a pull-out sofa bed downstairs as well. One of the mezzanines is equipped with a safety gate.

Aurantola’s cosy cottages are situated in a parklike grove of birch trees by the lake, 500 m from the main building. The ten cottages share the sunny and sandy beach which is about 100 metres from the cottages. Gradually deepening waters make it perfect for all ages. The beach also has a beach volleyball court and some rowing boats which are free to use. Nearby, there is a nice barbecue hut, also shared between the cottages.
