Cottage Four

Warm and welcoming

Renovated in 2012 Cottage Four is one of the bigger Aurantola cottages, with a lighter wooden interior and a spacious feel. The sunlight streaming through the windows makes it extra warm and welcoming for the guests.

The main living area downstairs consists of a well-equipped kitchen and a cosy living room, with an old fireplace that will make any cold winter day feel like a true holiday. In the summer, the backyard is the perfect hangout spot, where a small charcoal grill and an outdoor table make it possible to have a nice barbecue meal any time of the day.

The main sleeping areas are upstairs on the mezzanines, but the pull-out sofa bed serves as two extra sleeping places in the living room. Loft steps are quite steep and therefore not suitable for everyone.

Aurantola’s cosy cottages are situated in a parklike grove of birch trees by the lake, 500 m from the main building. The ten cottages share the sunny and sandy beach which is about 100 metres from the cottages. Gradually deepening waters make it perfect for all ages. The beach also has a beach volleyball court and some rowing boats which are free to use. Nearby, there is a nice barbecue hut, also shared between the cottages.
